A physical examination appointment (weekdays only) is required before any surgical booking. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

A late fee will apply for arrivals past the allocated scheduled appointment time.

Package is not valid if your pet is deemed unsuitable for the procedure during the examination. In such cases, standard consultation and service fees will apply.

Procedure Eligibility:

• The package is only valid for female dogs that are 2–3 months past their last heat cycle.

• Male dogs must have both testicles fully descended.

• If your pet is deemed unsuitable for the procedure during the exam (due to health status, cycle timing, or other reasons), the package will be void, and standard consultation and service fees will apply.

Surgical bookings must be made within one (1) month of the physical examination.

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on the day of consultation to secure the surgical slot. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the procedure.

The package price excludes any additional services or medications that may be necessary.
