Terms & Conditions

  • A physical examination appointment (weekdays only) is required before any surgical booking. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

  • A late fee will apply for arrivals past the allocated scheduled appointment time.

  • Male dogs must have both testicles fully descended.

  • Package is not valid if your pet is deemed unsuitable for the procedure during the examination. In such cases, standard consultation and service fees will apply.

  • Surgical bookings must be made within one (1) month of the physical examination.

  • A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on the day of consultation to secure the surgical slot. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the procedure.

  • The package price excludes any additional services or medications that may be necessary.
